I am so honored to have you here! My name is Autumn (She/Her). I was born and raised in the mountains of Detroit OR. I now live in the Willamette Valley, and spend as much time as I can in the Jefferson Wilderness & Central Oregon.

I am a mom of 2, love hiking, xc skiing, snowshoeing, paddleboarding, indoor bouldering- basically any go your own speed- sport! I also value alone time, rest, and time with loved ones.
I have lived with depression most of my life, and after having kids my postpartum anxiety and rage reared its ugly head. It took me 6 years to get a grasp on it, and start my healing journey. With help from therapists, doctors, friends, family, and studying Buddhism, I was able to find peace in my life. Growth & mental health are my number one priority,
Being in this healthy headspace has given me the ability and time to dedicate to helping others find their peace. My mission is to be a support to women, youth, and the LGBTQIA+ community, in whichever way that looks for you.

I believe making time and honoring yourself is crucial in your wellness journey. I am available to meet in person or email to discuss how best to reclaim your life. Together we will talk about which areas you're wanting to see improvement (mindset, exercise, healthier eating habits, reduce anxiety, spend more time outdoors). We will set up a goal worksheet to help keep focused on the end results. Forest bathing and mindfulness walks are another beautiful way to recenter and reassess what is really important to you. If you are wanting some adventure in your life, but need some guidance, I would love to assist in making that happen!
Just like adults, there are so many benefits to bringing kids into nature. Reduced stress, deeper thinking, confidence building, social connection, and increased attention- to name a few.
I learn something new on each and every outing together, just like they do! Seeing the world through kids eyes is a gift I never take for granted. I h

I learn something new on each and every outing together, just like they do! Seeing the world through kids eyes is a gift I never take for granted. I have come to learn this isn't just a want for kids, its a NEED. Whether they are into the hunt to find a heart shaped leaf, stoked to make pottery with natural supplies, or just really needing that meditation induced nap, every kid finds what they need.
