Come as you are, and join us for complimentary community hikes designed for moms, women, children, and anyone who feels at home in a women-centered, nurturing space. These gentle group hikes are a chance to connect with nature, each other, and yourself.
Led by Autumn, a certified postpartum doula and nature therapy guide, these gatherings are more than just a walk in the woods. They’re a safe, welcoming space to ask questions about postpartum support, grow your confidence in the outdoors, and build genuine friendships with other women and mothers in your community.
Through movement, breath, and shared presence, we’ll remember how healing it is to be outside, supported, and seen.
Silverton-based, and available for gatherings throughout Central Oregon.
*These community hikes are donation-based and entirely voluntary.
Participants join at their own discretion and will be asked to sign a liability waiver prior to attending. By signing, you acknowledge that Autumn Kuenzi, Autumn Kuenzi Postpartum Doula LLC, is not responsible for any injuries or incidents that may occur during the hike.

To experience the beauty of Smith Rock in the morning while doing yoga was life-giving. I got emotional when I drove in and saw the soaring cliffs of Smith Rock- a sight I’ve missed the past 3 years, as I was busy with my babies. Signing up for your program was the impetus to get outside again and helped me gain the confidence I needed to shlep the kids and the gear to the special places we can easily access in Central Oregon, with kids in-tow.
You made it both easy and fun to be there- from the highly accessible location, to the close proximity of parking and bathrooms, to the beautiful nature-based crafts and cute souvenir bags with the kids, and snacks coming in clutch at a crucial moment.
It felt amazing to get a break from my kids knowing they were safe (with Autumn), engaged in their own activities, and within sight and earshot of me. I felt like I could relax, focus on my body and spirit and the amazing atmosphere around me. Emily’s expertise was evident in her yoga session- the poses and pace were adaptive and just right for my skill level and athletic ability, the music was calming yet energizing, and the breathwork we did in the beginning helped me get present to focus on the joy of community and environmental beauty.
