Postpartum Doula Support

I do charge a travel fee for sessions that are outside my usual service area. This fee helps cover the cost of travel, including mileage, gas, and time spent on the road. It allows me to continue offering personalized, in-home support while maintaining the quality of service I provide.

Some insight into your investment:

• Meaningful Relationships: I pride myself in paying attention to detail and developing a deep, caring relationship with my clients. Once our time together begins, I am all in. I only take 1 client at a time to ensure you get my full attention for our time together. I am here to assist around the clock, including once our sessions are over. I will continue to be a resource for you and your family in the future as well. 
• Mental Health & Nature: I specialize in Nature Therapy and Perinatal Mental Health. These two topics are the most important to me, and I will make it my mission to help you feel your best and most confident, and give helpful tips and opportunities to be outdoors. You will receive discounts and insider info on our Mom & Me Hike + Yoga events and retreats. 
• Primary Focus: When I travel to Central Oregon, I am traveling to my happy place. I grew up in a mountain town close by, and I relish in any opportunity to spend time there! That being said, this scenario means I have to leave my kids in the care of others while traveling for work. I truly love what I do, so when I am providing these service I take it very seriously. My focus is fully on YOU and appreciating the opportunity I am awarded. 
• Community: To further expand on my last point, I have such a deep connection to the moms and babies of your area. So many have trusted me to lead them in our Mom & Me events, hike meet ups, and free pack events. My heart is truly there with you all! I love helping create community and watching these babies grow, and moms find their confidence. 
• Gratuities: All of my clients receive a clear contract, a welcome packet, list of resources in your area, free virtual check-ins,  printable checklists, coffees!!, connection to community, and more!
